A quartermaster is the chief of a crewship’s staff in any moment of spacing life. The quartermaster supports and directs the crew for maximum effect during shore leave, while sailing across the stars, and can rally the crew in deadly ship-to-ship combat.

|Reliable Hand||5||Increases your payment for every step in a Mission by 10% + Intimidate Skill||3 weeks Cooldown|
|Calming Speech||5||Speaking as a leader but also as a member of the crew, the quartermaster knows what to say. The mutiny ends and Morale of the entire crew is increased by 20 + Command skill||3 weeks Cooldown|
|Welcoming Conscription||8||When conscripting enemy to serve in your crew after a ship victory, new crew member starts with higher Morale and do not gain new negative Traits||3 weeks Cooldown|

|Second Shadow||11||Watching crew like a hawk, saves a life during ship combat, blockade, spying, patrol or black market. Crew member is restored to HP equal to Command Skill + 3 x Medical Rating of onboard medical components||9 weeks Cooldown|
